The Building Dedication Service
Thank God that finally we could sign the contract and start the construction of HRDI in May 29th, 2022. This is our first phase of construction which taking up a small part of the lands. The construction took place for almost nine (9) months to be completed with many challenges. Thank God we had a good construction team, Mr. San Sros, Dr. Harry Ng, Mr. Kaishing, Mr. Law Wai Tai, Mr. Borin Sou, and Dr. Bun Hoeun Chhourn, who always prayed and engaged in the construction process. The building was finally done on 28th February 2023
